$5 per player, $10 family cap

Champions Division: for the best players and those looking to challenge the best! Recreational Division: for pingers and pongers who just want to have a good time! Kids 13-under Division: young 'uns!
Ping Pong Tournament Rules and Format:
There will be three divisions: Champions Division, Recreational Division, and Kids 13-under Division. Players place themselves but may compete in only one division.
Within each division, players are randomly placed in groups of 4 or 5 players. Groups are assigned to a table and play “round robin” matches to determine a group winner.
Matches are best 2-of-3 games to 11 points per game, win by 2. Alternate serves every 2 points.
Please record your match results on the group results form and submit to the official scorer after all group matches are complete.
The player who wins the most matches within a group advances to the next round to play against other group winners. If there is a tie in number of matches won, the tiebreaker order is:
Head-to-head result.
Fewest games lost.
Coin flip (or possibly advance all ties, depending on time constraint).
Group winners are randomly placed in new groups and the process is repeated until one final group remains in the division. The winner of the final group is the division champion.
The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the format as necessary depending on participation level. Decisions of the committee are final.
